What is the SHIELD™ model?

Do you bring your own tooling, or work inside ours?
Both. We run our own patented AI product for continuous agent inventory, security review, and drift detection — and we combine that with proven industry tools already in your stack. SHIELD™ stays the operating model; our AI is how we accelerate the work between engagements.
What does a fractional CISO / AI security officer actually do?
Executive-level ownership of your security and AI risk agenda on a part-time basis: strategy and roadmap, governance and policy, vendor and model decisions, board and customer-facing reporting. You get senior leadership without the full-time hire, scoped as a quarterly commitment.
How fast do we see results?
